We have just been notified by the local and State Troopers in our area that they will be enforcing the Pennsylvania rules for the following as well as golf carts. We as Boulder Woods Campground have no control over this.
In Pennsylvania, e-bikes are regulated similarly to traditional bicycles, requiring riders to be at least 16, while electric scooters are generally prohibited on public roads and sidewalks, restricted to private property. E-bikes must be 750W or less, under 100 lbs, and limited to 20 mph, following standard traffic laws, while e-scooters are classified as illegal motor-driven cycles.
